Originally from the Czech Republic, Monika is known for her strong holds and pulses, creative flow, and adding up some spice while ensuring the alignment is consistent. Private training with Monika is for anybody with a clear fitness goal and who is ready to challenge and humble themselves to get stronger. Monika focuses on the correct form of the exercises and makes sure her students understand the mechanics of the movement. The connection of the body and mind is everything; with her, you can achieve it through regular, intense, and mindful practice.

Monika loves to work with anybody who cares about their health and wellness and specializes in prenatal and postnatal Pilates. Her training sessions are always tailor-made to your level of fitness, physical and mental state, values, and goals. Her teaching style is supportive, creative, fluid, and challenging but always fun!

The bundle of a minimum of 6 classes includes the initial consultation, BodyScan check, before and after photos, and the warm-up preparation. Less than that includes only BodyScan check and warm-up prep.
